These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website jobhuntkit.top and your purchase of Job Hunt Command Kit digital products from Jackan Jing (“Seller,” “we,” or “I”). By accessing this site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Seller and product
Job Hunt Command Kit is a digital product sold by an individual creator based in Nanjing, China. The product typically includes a PDF guide, Notion workspace blueprints, and CSV trackers, sold as a one-time digital download for approximately USD $19 (price shown on the product page at time of purchase controls).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to purchase. You agree to provide accurate information when buying or contacting support.
3. License and use
After purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own job search and career planning. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or publicly share the files or substantial copies.
- Claim authorship of the materials as your own product for sale.
- Use the materials to create a competing commercial digital product that is a substantial copy of this kit.
Templates you fill with your own data remain yours; the underlying templates and PDF content remain Seller’s intellectual property.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by Creem (or another stated checkout provider). You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your location unless we are required to collect them at checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery is digital only. After successful payment you will receive download access or download links as described at checkout. There is no physical shipping. Keep your download files; re-download help may be available via support for a reasonable period.
6. Refunds
Because this is a digital good that can be copied immediately after delivery, all sales are generally final once the download has been provided. If a file is corrupt, incomplete, or inaccessible due to a technical fault on our side, contact jingxuekang@gmail.com within 14 days and we will provide a working copy or a refund at our discretion.
7. Disclaimer
Job Hunt Command Kit is an educational and organizational tool. It does not guarantee employment, interviews, or any particular career outcome. Materials are provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller’s total liability arising from a purchase or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost opportunities).

10. Changes to the site or terms
We may update the product, pricing, or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms for future purchases and site use.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.
